Chapter 3

I floated towards home.

In the suburban villa, Finn was writing a song on the couch.

His expression was indifferent.

Just like the photo on the TV cabinet.

That was our only photo together.

He wrote songs, washed up, and went to bed as usual.

Until the next day, he still had no intention of contacting me.

Seeing no breakfast in the kitchen.

He frowned.

I always used to get up early to make porridge for him.

He irritably ruffled his hair, opened a food delivery app, glanced at it for a few seconds, then casually tossed his phone aside.

There was a noise at the entrance, it was Sophia Baker, a popular young actress.

She was also Finn's dream girl.

"Finn, I made you some porridge."

Sophia wore a pure white dress, her smile innocent and lovely.

Finn finally showed a rare smile.

"Isn't Zoe here?"

"Is she throwing another tantrum and not coming back?"

Hearing this, Finn's expression darkened.

"Why mention her?"

"It'd be better if she died out there."

My nose stung.

Even though I was dead.

Hearing these words, I still wanted to cry.

"Finn, your wish came true."

"I really did die out there."
