I never thought my boyfriend would go to such extremes just because I inadvertently upset his half-sister while showing our affection.

During an extreme sports event, Lucas pushed me off a high platform. The head injury left me blind, but he stayed by my side, seemingly devoted.

It wasn't until the third year of my blindness that my sight finally returned.

To surprise Lucas on his birthday, I deliberately told him I couldn't make it. When I arrived at the movie theater he had rented out, filled with excitement, I was horrified to discover my intimate videos playing on the big screen.

"Lucas, bro, thanks for sharing such interesting videos with us," one of his friends said.

"She can't make it today. Don't breathe a word of this to her, or you won't get to see any more," Lucas replied coldly.

"Lucas, if you're so afraid of her leaving, why did you push her off that platform back then?"

"She deliberately provoked Rachel, which led to Rachel's suicide attempt. This is just teaching her a lesson."

I fled the scene, my heart shattered. I immediately made an appointment for an abortion and agreed to go abroad to take over the family business.
