Pregnant sister-in-law insists on playing with a pendulum

My pregnant sister-in-law insists on playing with a pendulum, and I advise her to endure it.

Later, the child was born smoothly and diagnosed with autism.

She climbed up the 18th floor with her nephew and cried, "It's all your fault! If I had played with the pendulum, I wouldn't have been depressed, the child wouldn't have autism, it's all you who caused it!"

My mother slapped me in the face, forcing me to kneel and apologize to my sister-in-law. After returning home, my brother even spilled hot pot on me.
